build and imagine review 1 Holiday 2014: Encourage Imaginative Play and STEM Development with Build & Imagine Toys for Girls and BoysWe are so excited to bring you a new toy we’ve been testing for Holiday 2014. Build & Imagine was funded on Kickstarter, was nominated for ASTRA’s “Best Toy For Kids” award, and was recognized by Common Sense Media as a “STEM for girls” trendsetter.
Build & Imagine is geared for ages 4-8, affordable and built to last.

There are currently three sets available for pre-order. Day at the Beach ($39.99), Marine Rescue Center ($49.99) and Malia’s Beach House ($59.99). Use code STORYWALLS to receive free shipping on all pre-orders.

We received the Day at the Beach set that includes 10 double-sided full color magnetic panels (6 squares and 4 triangles), a boy and a girl doll and 40 magnetic accessories (clothes, pets, beach gear etc.) The set is packed flat in it’s cardboard box which is perfect for storage and travel. Each panel includes enclosed magnets which makes it easy for your child to snap panels together in different formations. They will quickly become an architect and designer right before your eyes! The dolls and accessories are sturdy and will stand up to frequent use. The small details like working plastic windows and doors are a unique touch that elevates each set.

Build & Imagine creatively teaches kids about science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

Your child can easily create 3D storywalls for endless hours of fun! Easier to use and more engaging than building blocks, Build & Imagine is a toy that keeps on giving. Additional sets can link to existing sets creating a collection that will last from generation to generation.

This is a great holiday gift for children ages 4-8 that siblings, parents and grandparents won’t mind playing with either!

Cocoa Cravings is a Chicago based, family business that brings rich chocolate powders, bars, morsels and more that are sourced from gourmet, global ingredients. Cocoa Cravings is USDA Organic and their chocolate ingredients are sourced from organic farmers and local co-ops. Their top-quality products (nothing artificial!) are manufactured in small professional batches in Chicago, USA, by T.C. Bauer Co.

We recently sampled the 71% dark chocolate and loved the taste! The rich chocolate is very smooth and has very complex flavors. The bar we received has 16 bite sized squares, great for sharing with friends or as an after dinner treat.

Cocoa Cravings can be purchased online at CocoaCravings.com or at popular health food stores like Vitacost.com.
