KONG toys have long been a favorite for dogs and cats alike. KONG toys provide your pets with mental stimulation and creative play. KONG founder, Joe Markham developed the toy after he was frustrated with his police dog Fritz’s destructive chewing. One day, while working on a VW Bus, Joe began throwing out car parts to Fritz to lure him away from those rocks. Fritz was immediately taken with a rubber suspension part and dropped it in Joe’s lap to play. The erratic bounce and toughness of the rubber inspired Joe.
Entirely Pets recently let us choose a KONG toy from their massive selection. Already owning KONG Extreme and KONG Genius Line, we were excited to try KONG Quest. The KONG Quest is a star shaped rubber toy with 9 holes for adding treats. The center hole has a closed back while the openings around the center go all the way through. The KONG Quest was a winner from the first time we added treats! You can easily add medium size chewy treats or we also found that breaking a medium sized milk bone dog biscuit in half and inserting into the outside holes worked well. It would also be great with KONG small snacks or flavor bites. The rubberized “pods” make it easy to stuff in odd shaped treats and it’s pretty easy to clean considering it’s intricate shape. It also has the same durability you have come to love from KONG.
Entirely Pets wants you to be able to try a new KONG toy too! Enter the giveaway below for your chance to WIN!
